putting xp on it is a struggle but some can manage

crysis is 60 fps all the time with this picture frame!
i guarantee you will not be playing crysis on a digital photo frame :/ and i also guarantee you will not be able to install windows xp on it!!! it takes more then 4 seconds just to display the thumbnails for the pictures!!!!!
if u check its 800×480 its wont be a problem if u set the setting to low

and i forgot to mension that u need a fast external 16 gb flash to mount xp + other things

coz initially, photo frames were meant for the person or group’s most favorable/meaningful picture…..but now…its allll ruined..

i am an EE and I strongly agree with u.
Digital PF is the most meaningless invention in the world
however, the only meaningful use is : for old ppl who do not really understand computer, but have photography as their hobby. that makes a lot of sense
I actually find mine PF very useful. I work in an office where instead of having a cluster of static pictures I have 250 pictures cycling through one one frame. Nice to look up now and then and see my favorite pictures. Helps me forget my soul stealing dead end job. So yeah uh… useful to me :p
so i could buy one of these and rig it up as a head unit in my car using the usb port to run it as a monitor for my laptop.
